That obviously depends on whether you receive it digitally or on paper. If you get Kivra before March 3, you’ll get it between March 4-8. In comparison, the paper version will arrive between March 15 and April 15. That also applies to anyone who has switched off mail from authorities or the Swedish Tax Agency in the Kivra app. You can easily switch those back on in the app.

Pretty soon, actually. To receive it as soon as possible, i.e. April 9-12, you need to approve your declaration without any changes or additions by April 3 at the latest. Make sure you have a registered bank account at the Tax Agency or in the app so the money has somewhere to go.

Review the tax declaration form and verify that all information is correct. Does everything look right? Then you can easily approve the declaration using the Swedish Tax Agency's e-service or app. To approve, you need a Mobile BankID. If any adjustments are needed, you can make additions or changes. Once you have submitted your tax declaration, the Swedish Tax Agency will review your information and calculate your final tax. You will find out about this in your final tax assessment.
Are you expecting a refund? The tax refund will be paid directly to you if you have registered your bank account with the Swedish Tax Agency. If you instead owe tax, you can pay it into the Swedish Tax Agency's bankgiro or via Swish.
